Clothes Packing

Do not pack like this!

In general, bring comfortable, casual lightweight clothing--it will be warm during the day. It can get cool in the evenings, so bring a light jacket or sweatshirt. Want to check the weather? Click here.

It is illegal in Trinidad and Tobago for civilians to wear military-styled camouflage clothing. other camouflage-patterned clothes, or to have items with a camouflage pattern. Any such items will be seized as early as in the airport customs inspection.

Also, see the trip itinerary for special gear needs. For example, bring clothes that can get sandy or wet for the leatherback turtles outing. If we are granted access to Parliament, I will let you know dress restrictions.

Bring good walking or hiking shoes.

Bring your swim suit, just in case.

Pack light--plan to reuse items. We are not on a photo shoot... at least not for Vogue.
